Our residential round runs every 4 weeks. It's frequent enough that windows never get properly dirty, and predictable enough that you always know when we're due. Our window cleaners also post a calling card on every visit.
Light rain doesn't stop us — we're still out on the round. In genuinely unsafe conditions (high winds, ice, lightning) we'll reschedule for safety and won't charge extra for it.
For residential window cleaning, frames and sills are included as standard on every visit, not just the glass. We also clean the UPVC doors around your property.
It's pay as you go, with no ongoing contract. Payment is collected automatically by Direct Debit through GoCardless, typically 3 days after each visit you receive. You only ever pay for cleans we actually carry out, and no invoices to chase.
Yes. You can skip an individual clean up until 7pm the day before your visit. We ask for a minimum of 3 cleans before you cancel your round. All cancellations need to be made by email (hello@clearwashwindowcleaning.co.uk) or by phone call (0161 399 5728).

For most properties, yes, we'll need reasonable access to reach all windows safely. If access is ever an issue on the day, just let us know in advance and we'll work around it where we can.
Yes, our quote tool prices one-off cleans the same way as regular rounds. Just let us know your preference when you sign up.
